Hi Elvis/Kenny, Invoice no. 200198. My travel period is on May 5-10 and you said in your email that I will make a deposit in April. Is there a guarantee that the room is still reserved? This is just to remind you that I requested for a 4 persons Quadruple room for us (2 adults & 2 children aged 10 & 13 years) though a Family Triple bed has been allotted and booked. I assume that there will be no problem for check-in for us.

Hi Kenny and Elvis, I sent an e-mail requesting (1) the cancellation of the standard twin room and (2) the extension of the quad room for 1 more night.
Our traveling group size is now back to 7 due to the passport issuance problem of one member. We hope you can accommodate our request.
